The Alba, envisioned by Zaha Hadid Architects, is the world’s inaugural mixed-use garden retreat by the sea, featuring ultraluxury residences and hotels managed by Dorchester Collection, set to debut in 2028 at Palm Jumeirah.
Recently unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show, The Alba will offer breathtaking views of Dubai Marina, Burj Al Arab, and Burj Khalifa from its private sanctuaries along the Eastern Crescent. Residents can choose from an array of spacious living options, including furnished and unfurnished two- and three-bedroom units, duplexes, and penthouses, tailored to meet diverse lifestyle needs.
OMNIYAT, the project’s visionary developer, estimates the venture’s cost at AED 7 billion ($19 billion). Mahdi Amjad, OMNIYAT’s Founder and Executive Chairman, emphasized the project as a fusion of luxury, privacy, and cutting-edge design, enhancing its waterfront connectivity.
The Alba will feature the largest wellness center in Dubai, alongside extensive grounds for relaxation and entertainment, including private terraces equipped with pools and jacuzzis. Interior design is customizable with three distinct packages provided by global leaders.
Meticulously landscaped by Vladimir Djurovic, the development aims for sustainable luxury with WELL Certification. The Alba will join Dorchester Collection’s roster of global properties, promising unparalleled service and a premium lifestyle experience.
