Creative Scotland, the public body supporting film, literature, music, visual arts, and the wider creative sector in Scotland, is currently seeking an Interim Director of People Strategy and Organisational Design to join their leadership team. This 18-month fixed-term role offers a unique opportunity to lead transformational change and shape the future of Creative Scotland during a pivotal period.
About the Role
The interim director will play a central role in redesigning the organisational structures and processes that underpin Creative Scotland’s strategic goals. This position comes as the organisation responds to a recent review, which identified areas for improvement in aligning its workforce and operational model with long-term strategic priorities. The successful candidate will be tasked with embedding effective people management practices, driving culture change, and fostering innovation within the organisation.
Based in Edinburgh with a hybrid working model, the role offers a competitive salary ranging from £71,385 to £89,989. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the post holder will oversee HR activities and lead strategic initiatives to ensure Creative Scotland remains adaptable and innovative in delivering its mission.
