During the initial phase, emphasis lay on movement rather than perfection. Kapil delved into basic routines akin to school physical training—stretching, light jogging, and yoga. No intense weight training or rigid diets but focusing on building rhythm and reestablishing the mind-body connection.

Phase two zoomed in on nourishing foods overloading ones. Yogesh encouraged mindful eating—fresh home-cooked meals, abundant veggies, quality proteins, and limiting processed, fried, and sugary foods. Kapil’s irregular eating habits leading to bloating and compromised digestion necessitated a shift towards balance, not calorie crunching.

The last phase tackled hidden habits sabotaging progression. It keyed on bolstering mental resilience and emotional intelligence. It wasn’t just about cessation but about grasping how habits drain energy, disrupt sleep, and spike cravings. Sustainable changes call for mental rewiring and lifestyle amendments.

Kapil’s transformation wasn’t equipment or supplement-dependent. Initially relying solely on a yoga mat, resistance bands, and a home treadmill, the focus was on comfort and long-term sustainability.
