Xiaomi has announced that mass production of its speedy electric sports sedan, the SU7 Ultra, is about to commence. This information was revealed by the People’s Republic of China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The SU7 Ultra has been pre-sold for 814,900 yuan (USD 114,200 or approximately 17 billion Rupiah). The forthcoming production version of this electric sedan will make its first appearance at the Guangzhou Auto Show on November 15.
Xiaomi plans for the official launch to take place in March 2025. With the SU7 Ultra, Xiaomi envisions creating the world’s fastest mass-produced four-door electric vehicle. Equipped with three electric motors, this ambition signals the source of the car’s power.
