The connection between wellness and beauty is rooted in the fact that our physical health has a direct impact on our appearance. When we are healthy, our skin glows, our hair shines, and our eyes sparkle. On the other hand, when we are unhealthy, our skin can look dull, our hair can become brittle, and our eyes can appear tired. This is because our body is constantly reflecting our internal health, and when we prioritize our wellness, we are also prioritizing our beauty.
