In a groundbreaking development, Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed to allow the United States and European allies to offer Ukraine a security guarantee akin to NATO’s collective defense mandate. Steve Witkoff, the White House envoy, confirmed the historic agreement, stating that Putin agreed to concessions on five Ukrainian regions central to the war.
