Two individuals were tragically found deceased along a walking trail at Devil’s Den State Park in Washington County, Arkansas, over the weekend.
The Arkansas State Police reported the discovery of a 43-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman at the park, launching a criminal investigation into what is being treated as a potential homicide case.
The suspect, described as a white male wearing dark attire and weight-lifting gloves, was spotted driving towards the park exit in a black sedan with a possible obscured license plate.
Authorities believe the car may have been traveling on State Highway 170 or State Highway 220 near the park premises.
The deceased victims’ bodies are being transported to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for a detailed examination to determine the cause and manner of death.
