Tragedy struck in Bogmalo as 22-year-old Albin Raju lost his life in a fatal scooter accident near Ranghavi Estate. The incident occurred around 7.45pm when a collision between Raju’s scooter and Floriana Lucas’ scooter resulted in severe injuries. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Albin Raju succumbed to his injuries on the way to GMC, Bambolim. Vasco police have taken action against Lucas for reckless driving leading to the tragic demise under BNS regulations. The community mourns the loss of a young life due to a preventable road incident.
