Kent Police reported that officers were called to the scene at 20:24 BST. The accident involved a car and multiple pedestrians, and despite efforts, the young boy was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. A man, who sustained serious injuries, was rushed to the hospital. The next of kin of the deceased child have been informed of the incident.
