Police were alerted to the scene at 20:24 BST on Saturday after a collision involving a car and multiple pedestrians. Despite the efforts, the boy could not be saved, and the injured man was rushed to the hospital.
The authorities reported that a man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. Investigations are ongoing, and the individual remains in police custody.
