Each skin type has its unique characteristics, and it’s essential to know your skin type to choose the right products and follow the right routine.

Normal Skin

Normal skin is balanced, neither too oily nor too dry. It has a smooth texture and a radiant complexion. If you have normal skin, you’re lucky! You can use a wide range of products, and your skin will appreciate it.

Dry Skin

Dry skin is characterized by a lack of moisture, leading to flakiness, itchiness, and tightness. If you have dry skin, you need to focus on moisturizing and hydrating your skin. Look for products rich in emollients and humectants to help lock in moisture.

Oily Skin

Oily skin is shiny, greasy, and prone to acne. If you have oily skin, you need to focus on controlling sebum production and reducing acne. Look for products that are oil-free, non-comedogenic, and contain salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.

Combination Skin

Combination skin is a mix of oily and dry skin. It’s oily in the T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin) and dry on the cheeks. If you have combination skin, you need to balance your skincare routine to address both oily and dry areas.

Sensitive Skin

Sensitive skin is reactive, easily irritated, and may have conditions like rosacea or eczema. If you have sensitive skin, you need to be gentle and careful when choosing products. Look for fragrance-free, hypoallergenic products that are specifically formulated for sensitive skin.

Skincare Routine

A consistent skincare routine is essential to maintaining healthy, glowing skin. Here’s a basic routine that you can follow:

  1. Cleanse your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser.
  2. Exfoliate once or twice a week to remove dead skin cells.
  3. Apply a toner to balance your skin’s pH and tighten pores.
  4. Apply a serum or treatment product to address specific skin concerns.
