The Alba is the premier mixed-use garden retreat by the sea in the world, crafted by Zaha Hadid Architects. This remarkable destination will feature ultra-luxury residences managed by the Dorchester Collection and is set to establish its second hotel in Dubai, built by OMNIYAT, upon the shores of Palm Jumeirah by 2028.
Unveiled at the Yacht Club de Monaco during the recent Monaco Yacht Show, this architectural marvel will offer private sanctuaries on Palm Jumeirah’s Eastern Crescent, providing stunning views of Dubai Marina, Burj Al Arab, and Burj Khalifa. The Alba Residences will include a variety of living options like two-bedroom furnished apartments, three-bedroom unfurnished units, simplex and duplex options, as well as penthouses, all tailored to meet diverse needs.
Hailing a formal launch at the event on September 26th, OMNIYAT announced The Alba’s project valuation at AED 7 billion (approximately $1.9 billion). Mahdi Amjad, OMNIYAT’s Founder and Executive Chairman, expressed that The Alba aligns with the company’s vision of reimagined luxury by the sea, blending nature and innovative design.
The development will also boast the largest wellness center in Dubai, with amenities including private pools, outdoor jacuzzis, and expansive terraces. Each residence offers a unique design experience, with three distinct interior packages available. The hotel facilities will include infinity pools, a fitness suite, and a branded spa operated by a global partner.
Located on Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah, The Alba promises to set new standards for luxury coastal living, spotlighting OMNIYAT’s commitment to sustainable and responsible luxury development.
