Shamal, a diversified investment firm based in Dubai, has unveiled its plans for the Nad Al Sheba Gardens Mall, aiming to provide a fresh retail and lifestyle experience for residents of the adjacent Nad Al Sheba Gardens residential development.

Located just ten minutes from Downtown Dubai, the gated community is designed by Meraas and boasts serene greenery while offering a mix of contemporary three- to seven-bedroom villas and townhouses. The expansive 15 million square meter residential area includes various leisure and fitness amenities, along with a state-of-the-art educational campus, promoting an elevated standard of living amid lush landscapes and sparkling lagoons interconnected by walkable paths.

The upcoming two-story Nad Al Sheba Gardens Mall will serve as a guiding pavilion to the beautifully landscaped areas.
