During the winter months, the cold weather and low humidity can cause dryness, flakiness, and irritation. In contrast, the summer months bring warmer temperatures and higher humidity, which can lead to oiliness, acne, and hyperpigmentation. Spring and autumn also have their unique skin challenges, with pollen and other allergens causing irritation and breakouts. To combat these seasonal skin changes, it’s essential to adjust your skincare routine to address the specific needs of your skin during each season.

As the weather warms up, our skin starts to produce more oil, which can lead to clogged pores and acne.
