A unique wedding took place in Himachal Pradesh where two brothers from the Hatti tribe married the same woman, Sunita Chauhan. The three-day event in Shillai village showcased the tradition of polyandry known as ‘Jodidara’. This practice, recognized under Himachal Pradesh’s revenue laws, holds cultural significance for the Hatti community in preserving family land despite its declining trend.
