In one reported instance, attackers simulated fake swap calls and signatures to fabricate a perception of active trading around the MON ecosystem. This tactic aimed to deceive users during Monad’s first liquidity provisioning phase, where roughly 76,000 wallets claimed MON tokens during the launch window.
