It’s a term that gets thrown around a lot in the yoga and Pilates community, but what does it really mean? And how can we use it to enhance our practice? Mind-Body Connection is the key to unlocking a deeper awareness of our body and mind, and it’s something that I’ve been exploring in my own practice lately.
