I graduated with a BTech in Applied Geophysics from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Ondo State. Initially, I envisioned a career as a geoscientist. However, during my National Youth Service Corps year, I found myself in the currency processing office of the Central Bank of Nigeria. This experience, one of the few departments equipped with computers in 2002, ignited my passion for information technology.
The emergence of tech companies in Nigeria, like the Computer Warehouse Group, caught my attention, leading me to develop a keen interest in the business side of IT. As my NYSC year ended, my prayer for guidance reaffirmed my commitment to technology, fueled by my curiosity and faith.
What intrigues me most about technology is its perpetual evolution; the field is dynamic, with trends shifting constantly. I’ve witnessed significant advancements, from the revolutionary desktop computers to the rise of mobile phones, profoundly reshaping our lives. Today, I recognize the integral role of the internet in connecting services, exemplified by apps like Uber.

With innovative solutions transforming industries, the future of tech in Nigeria is bright, with potential across diverse sectors, especially due to the swift technological adoption.
