Many office employees find it challenging to adhere to a healthy diet during lunch hours, often opting for typical meal deals or fast sandwiches paired with crisps. However, Welsh fitness coach and fat loss expert Hawys D has identified the ideal meal prep solutions for those looking to stay trim while working in an office setting.

With a following of 46,200 on Instagram, Hawys recently shared a video detailing healthy food options suitable for office days. In her clip, she presented meals that total just 900 calories yet provide nearly 100 grams of protein, remarking, “Most importantly, it’s full of foods that are actually going to help keep you full.”

She highlighted the satiety of potatoes and showcased a quick breakfast hash recipe that includes them, emphasizing that it delivers 40 grams of protein in under 10 minutes. For lunch, she proposed a classic chicken pasta salad containing 38 grams of protein and only 350 calories.

To combat the afternoon slump, she suggested spicy veggie steak bites paired with a banana for extra energy. Her meal prep tips received a warm reception, amassing over 17,000 likes, with fans eager to try her breakfast hash recipe featuring turkey bacon, potatoes, red onion, tomatoes, and a poached egg.
