
A father and his four-year-old son have been tragically identified as the victims of a fatal crash in Regents Park, south of Brisbane, Queensland. Braiden Ashley Timmins, 33, and his son Hendrix-Hemi Te Rongomau King, were struck by a ute while walking to a local 7-Eleven to buy ice cream on Sunday morning.
The heartbreaking accident occurred at around 11:15 am on Green Road. According to Queensland Police, the impact left the father and son with life-threatening injuries, and they sadly died at the scene. Footage from the site captured the harrowing aftermath, including a broken children’s bike lying on the footpath.

Driver Charged with Manslaughter
Authorities confirmed that Trevor William Galbraith, a 41-year-old man from Regents Park, was arrested and charged with two counts of manslaughter later that day. He is scheduled to appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Monday to face these charges.
Police closed Green Road for several hours on Sunday to allow investigators from the Forensic Crash Unit to examine the scene.
