The Dubai Future Academy, part of the Dubai Future Foundation, has launched the FEEL A Disruptive Futures Program, engaging 42 visionary leaders from 15 countries. Over four weeks, participants will take part in 33 interactive workshops, hands-on experiences, and panel discussions at the Academy’s headquarters.
His Excellency Omar Sultan AlOlama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, welcomed the participants, emphasizing that the swift changes across various sectors offer unique opportunities. He highlighted the importance of leveraging knowledge, foresight tools, and emerging technologies to prepare for future challenges.
AlOlama encouraged attendees to enhance their leadership foresight and strategic planning skills throughout the FEEL program, urging them to apply newly acquired knowledge for the benefit of their respective sectors.
The initiative attracted over 1,500 applications from nearly 100 countries. A specialized committee selected participants based on criteria from diverse fields such as C-Level executives, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and other thought leaders.
With 22 distinguished speakers delivering high-quality sessions, participants will have experiential learning opportunities, including visits to major innovation hubs across the UAE to witness cutting-edge technologies. Abdulaziz AlJaziri, Deputy CEO of Dubai Future Foundation, stated that the program offers a comprehensive educational experience and promotes the development of impactful future-oriented projects.
