The 30-Day Push-Up Challenge is a fitness challenge that involves doing a set number of push-ups every day for 30 days. The challenge starts with a low number of push-ups and gradually increases each day, allowing participants to build up their strength and endurance over time.

I decided to take on the 30-Day Push-Up Challenge as a way to improve my upper body strength and overall fitness. I had been struggling to find motivation to work out, and I thought that this challenge would be a great way to get back on track. I started the challenge with a set of 10 push-ups on the first day and gradually increased the number of push-ups each day.
