The 30-day push-up challenge is a simple yet effective workout routine that involves doing a set number of push-ups every day for 30 days. The challenge starts with a low number of push-ups, such as 10-20, and gradually increases the number as the days go by. The goal is to build strength, endurance, and consistency in your workout routine.

My Experience with the 30-Day Push-Up Challenge

I started the 30-day push-up challenge with a moderate goal of doing 20 push-ups on the first day. As the days went by, I found it challenging to increase the number of push-ups, but I was determined to stick to the routine.
