The 30-day push-up challenge is a simple yet effective way to improve upper body strength and endurance. The challenge involves doing a set number of push-ups every day for 30 days, with the goal of increasing the number of push-ups as the challenge progresses. I started with 10 push-ups on the first day and aimed to increase the number by 5 each day.
