I still remember my first yoga class, where I struggled to hold a simple plank pose. My core muscles were weak, and I felt like I was going to collapse at any moment. But with consistent practice, I began to notice a significant improvement in my core strength. I could hold poses for longer, and my overall physical fitness began to improve.
