Having a strong core is essential for maintaining good posture, balance, and overall physical fitness. How Yoga and Pilates Can Help

So, how can yoga and pilates help us discover our core power? Both practices emphasize the importance of engaging your core muscles in order to maintain proper form and technique. In yoga, this means using your core to support your body in various poses, such as downward-facing dog or warrior II. In pilates, it means using your core to stabilize your body as you move through different exercises, such as the hundred or the teaser.

Building core strength takes time and practice, but it’s definitely worth it. Not only will you notice improvements in your physical fitness and overall health, but you’ll also experience a sense of mental clarity and focus that comes from engaging your core. So, how can you start building your core strength? Here are a few tips to get you started:
