The Central Government under the leadership of Union Minister Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar is making significant strides in enhancing digital connectivity in Maoist-affected regions of Chhattisgarh. Plans are in place to install 400 BSNL towers, a move aimed at bridging the connectivity gap and fostering development in underserved areas. The initiative includes digitizing schools, providing facilities for differently-abled children, and fast-tracking infrastructure projects in Left-Wing Extremism areas. During a recent visit to Chhattisgarh, Sekhar highlighted the government’s commitment to ensuring seamless connectivity to even the remotest villages, emphasizing the importance of inclusive growth and empowerment through digital means. This forward-looking approach aligns with the vision of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ and showcases the government’s dedication to holistic development.
