Picture this: you don’t need any equipment, just your body and a little space in your living room. Sounds easy, right? Well, it is, and it’s also a blast!

Bodyweight cardio is a fantastic way to get your heart pumping and your body moving without any fancy machines. Plus, you can do it anywhere! I’ve done my fair share of workouts in the living room, kitchen, and even the backyard. The best part? No gym membership required!

  • Convenient and accessible

Crafting Your Circuit

Okay, so how do we put together a killer circuit? Let’s break it down. You want to include exercises that elevate your heart rate and target different muscle groups. Here’s a sample circuit I love:

Sample Circuit

  1. Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds
  2. Push-ups – 30 seconds
  3. High Knees – 30 seconds
  4. Squats – 30 seconds
  5. Burpees – 30 seconds

Rest for 1-2 minutes and then repeat the circuit 3-5 times, depending on your fitness level. Trust me, you’ll be sweating buckets!
