Bec Judd, the Australian influencer and wife of AFL legend Chris Judd, has disclosed the jaw-dropping price it would take for her family to sell their stunning Brighton home in Melbourne.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the 42-year-old shared a beautiful image of her lavish property alongside a playful message. “No, we are not selling. But if somebody wants to pay 10 times market rates, then sure, it’s all yours,” she wrote.
A $7.3 Million Property Transformed
Bec and Chris initially acquired the impressive $7.3 million mansion in March 2018. After months of extensive renovations, they moved in December 2019, elevating the home’s design and functionality to new heights. Their upgrades included adding a bedroom, a spacious rumpus room, and a state-of-the-art backyard entertainment area.
Stunning design details include a magnesium pool, an outdoor kitchen perfect for entertaining, and bold upgrades such as switching apricot tones for a chic blend of greys and blacks. Inside, the couple incorporated luxurious gold brass fittings, marble finishes, and sleek steel-framed doors while retaining the home’s iconic arches to enhance its Spanish colonial charm throughout.
Lavish Amenities and Designer Touches
Inside the home, you’ll find an impressive gym, a wet bar complete with a snooker table, and an ensuite bathroom boasting a striking arch-shaped mirror. The Judds’ signature style extends into the bathrooms with gold brass fittings, black accents, and marble finishes, creating a harmonious and opulent aesthetic.
Bec and Chris share four children: daughter Billie (11), son Oscar (14), and twin boys Darcy and Tom (9). Their Brighton mansion has served as the idyllic family home since 2019.

The couple’s Brighton property joins a list of successful real estate endeavours. Earlier this year, the Judds sold their beautifully renovated Mornington Peninsula retreat for an undisclosed amount, though it was previously listed between $2.85 million and $3 million. This Arthur’s Seat getaway underwent a total transformation from a dated 1970s brick house into a luxurious sanctuary, with Bec personally overseeing most of the renovations.
