Shamal, a diversified investment firm based in Dubai, has unveiled its plans for the Nad Al Sheba Gardens Mall, aimed at providing a new retail and lifestyle experience for residents of its upcoming Nad Al Sheba Gardens residential project.
Located just ten minutes from Downtown Dubai and easily accessible from areas like DIFC, Business Bay, and Meydan, Nad Al Sheba Gardens is a gated community developed by Meraas. This 15 million square meter project features modern villas and townhouses ranging from three to seven bedrooms, surrounded by lush landscapes and offering a variety of recreational and educational amenities.
The two-storey Nad Al Sheba Gardens Mall will serve as a gateway to the community’s expansive greenery, featuring diverse retail options, dining establishments, a nursery, and health and fitness facilities, with Waitrose as the anchor store. Abdulla Binhabtoor, CEO of Shamal, emphasized the community’s design fosters a sense of belonging, while Sunil Kumar, CEO of Spinneys, expressed enthusiasm for expanding Waitrose’s presence in the UAE.
The mall’s architecture harmonizes with its surroundings, utilizing natural materials and light to create an inviting atmosphere that integrates indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing community connectivity.
