According to a recent survey, AstraZeneca Indonesia secured certification as a Best Place to Work, achieving an impressive score of 84. Notably, 95% of employees rated the company highly, while 83% reported feeling engaged and motivated, exceeding expectations.
Apriza Liz Tresia Dewi, Head of Human Resources, emphasized their ongoing dedication to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and safe workplace that encourages every team member to realize their full potential. She also highlighted AstraZeneca’s commitment to providing equal opportunities for all employees.
The survey also found that 85% of employees take pride in the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and its sustainability efforts in environmental management. AstraZeneca’s dedication to ethical and sustainable practices bolsters overall employee pride.
