His unique journey of remaining in a coma for two decades captivated the world, earning him the title ‘The Sleeping Prince.’ Despite numerous rumors of recovery and unwavering medical care, Prince Al Waleed remained in a deep slumber since the age of 15, being one of the longest coma cases in recent history. His father, who tirelessly cared for him, announced his son’s passing on July 19, 2025.
