The challenge starts with a set number of push-ups on day one, and the number of push-ups increases each day. The goal is to complete the challenge by doing the required number of push-ups on each day.

My Experience with the 30-Day Push-Up Challenge

I decided to take on the 30-day push-up challenge to improve my overall fitness and strength. I started the challenge with a set of 10 push-ups on day one, and I increased the number of push-ups by 5 each day.
