Kuwait’s ambitious six-pillar education reform, led by Minister Al-Tabtabaei, has achieved 60% completion, prioritizing curriculum overhaul, smart infrastructure, and teacher licensing. Collaborating with the OECD, Kuwait targets benchmarking curricula, aligning teacher licensing with PISA 2029 readiness, and enhancing educational standards to meet global benchmarks by 2035. The reform includes administrative efficiency, curriculum standards, teacher licensing, smart school infrastructure development, and digital ministry services, in line with Kuwait Vision 2035.
