Kim Long Motors is planning on implementing a comprehensive 4S showroom model. The modern showroom not only showcases a broad spectrum of commercial vehicles under the Kim Long brand, but it also provides warranty service, repair service, and genuine spare parts to meet diverse customer needs in Ho Chi Minh City and Southern region.
Deputy Director L Quc Vit, detailed the company’s focus not only on researching and manufacturing but also on developing a widespread showroom sales and post-sale service system. The aim is to offer customers a fully rounded experience starting from purchasing a vehicle to maintaining it and availing all kinds of technical services throughout its lifecycle.
Kim Long Motors’ distribution system is set to grow with the development of a 4S standardized commercial vehicle showroom in key provinces. The intent is to form a sales and service network as per the company’s protocol by 2028. The plan envisages at least 130 showrooms countrywide, linking together to enhance customer accessibility to products and repair services. In provinces with a high market potential, the company plans to invest in at least one 4S showroom and invest additionally in 2-3 showrooms with the 3S and 1S standard in various districts.
Eventually, 130 showrooms will comprise 30 4S standard showrooms, 100 3S and 1S standard showrooms, and 10 central service workshops for upgrading bus vehicles and 30 dedicated service personnel operating nationwide.
