On Saturday night, Israeli soldiers shot a young man in Qalqilia, situated in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank. Military vehicles entered the city from the eastern side, moving toward Nablus Streets. The soldiers opened fire with live ammunition to disperse residents, resulting in moderate injuries to a young man, who was subsequently transferred to a hospital in Qalqilia.
Additionally, that evening, Israeli forces invaded the Wad Al-Hummus area near Bethlehem, where they fired shots at a young Palestinian. In Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, Israeli soldiers instigated protests, leading to several Palestinians experiencing tear gas inhalation.
Moreover, the army arrested three Palestinians near Jericho in northeastern West Bank and two others in Salfit, centrally located in the occupied territory. Notably, throughout Saturday, over twenty Palestinians were detained from their homes in various areas of the West Bank.
