However, some beauty tips have stood the test of time and remain effective regardless of age or skin type.

Drinking plenty of water is essential for maintaining healthy skin. Water helps to flush out toxins and keep your skin hydrated, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Aim to drink at least eight glasses of water a day, and limit your intake of sugary drinks and caffeine.

2. Protect Your Skin from the Sun
