The 30-day push-up challenge is a simple yet effective way to improve your upper body strength and endurance. The challenge involves doing a set number of push-ups every day for 30 days, with the goal of increasing the number of push-ups as the days go by.

I started the challenge with a modest goal of doing 10 push-ups per day. However, as the days went by, I found myself increasing the number of push-ups, and by the end of the challenge, I was doing 50 push-ups per day.
